Where have you been?

Where have you been? You ask.

Waiting, I answer.

That's right. Sometimes we need to sit quietly and wait. Sometimes our role is to not add to the cacophony of noise when that's all our voice will be - noise. Sometimes our purpose is to not be part of the problem. Sometimes, as hard as it is, we need to be still.

"Be still and know that I am God." (Psalm 46:10)

I'm being still.

Because I know that He is God.
